Current Collection agrees to sell Products to the Client based on the terms and conditions set forth.Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment in full is required to begin work. Receipt of payment is considered confirmation of your order. Current Collection is not responsible for any client errors after payment has been made. Client shall be responsible for all applicable sales and use taxes.Lead Time
Lead Time begins when payment is received. Lead Time is approximate and not guaranteed.Shipping
We work with our local shipper for domestic shipping. All fixtures are wrapped and packed securely. From ship date most domestic shipments take 7-10 business days for delivery. Crating may be required for some orders. For international shipments, any local taxes, VAT, or duties are billed by customs to the consignee upon import. Current Collection is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. We do not sell parts individually.
Photography
All efforts have been made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product.Warranty
Roll & Hill will warrant products purchased only by the original purchaser from an authorized reseller or distributor or from Roll & Hill directly. Roll & Hill warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for three years after date of purchase.
Roll & Hill reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, purchaser must make claim to Roll & Hill within 10 business days of occurrence. Roll & Hill, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.
Warranty information for other brands and products is available by request. No warranty is expressed or implied.
Damage Claims
All damage claims must be made in writing to info@currentcollection.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Damage claims must include photographs along with a written description of the damage. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by the receiver; failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
Current Collection will not be responsible for Product after it is picked up by the Client or the Client’s own third party carrier. Upon notification that the Clients Product is completed and ready for pick up, the Client or the Clients third party will have 30 days to take delivery. Product will be considered abandoned by the Client after 30 days from notification.
Installation
All fixtures are designed to be installed by a certified electrician. We provide installation instructions, hardware and bulbs for all fixtures.
